Pay for Small Group Training

April 2008
There are so many ways to hire and pay trainers. I am thinking about offering buddy and small group training, since more revenue can be brought in with this type of training. Should I pay my trainers more per session, or still the same rate? My worry is, why would trainers want to train more than one person at a time (which is more work for the trainer) if they don't make more money for doing so?
